My first kinda sculpted cake. I felt okay about it, it gave me a lot of ideas for next time. The four princesses went on all sides of the cake. I used the Pastry Pride icing. I liked to flavor, but it can be a little tricky to work with. I did make the roses out of Pastry Pride, but I think I will use BC next time.
