Aw, thanks guys. This cake is so easy. It's a jelly roll cake. I make the cake and roll it so it's long. Then I trim the front (needs to be a bit more pointed) and then I cover poster board in foil for the fin and wings. I place something under the wings so I can ice smoothly. The boosters are egg carton pieces covered in foil and then iced and the rockets are just card stock wrapped in tin foil.

Another awesome cake! I love all the details (flags, windows, writing, etc.) They really add to the cake's overall realistic appearance!
