Mardi Gras - Fair Cake
This is the cake that I am turning in for our County Fair the theme is Mardi Gras so this is what I came up with ..
The mask is made out of gum paste and so are the little masks along the side they are colored with editable food markers. The feathers are dusted with luster powder. and the beads are gumpaste also and dusted in luster powder..
The Fair Gave me a Second Place on this cake and they gave me a Ribbon for Best theme..
