Crow's Nest
I made this for our annual Labor Day trip. It's a recreation of a place we go each year. Yellow cake - BC/fondant. I used pretzel rods and waffle cones for the trees (fill the inside of the cones with icing so they'll stay in place).

is the "dirt" just icing? I love the trees. That is what I was searching for and I found this. Good job. Mind if I copy your trees?
I think the dirt is brown sugar - it's been a while since I made this one. The trees are ice cream cones filled with BC and stuck on a pretzel rod. TFL!
