9 kids at daycare I work at 'graduated' to middle school this year. Weeks ago boss asked if I could do cake, said yes, had visions of diplomas etc. Party got pushed back a week (one day after big scouts cake-in photos) , almost had breakdown lol. So nothing fancy, I doubled mudcake recipe for scouts cake, then used up strawberry/choco cream frosting from day b4 for borders/names. Really having hard time with smoothing BC, though this was especially hard since frosting recipe called for crushed strawberries
