Sand Bucket Cake
Made this for some friends that just move here from Georgia. Had some cake sinking issues.... 6" x 3" and 5" x 2" chocolate cakes filled with raspberry filling and covered with rolled white chocolate fondant. Shells made from chocolate molds. Shovel made from gumpaste/fondant. Hibiscus are gumpaste. "Sand" is light brown sugar mixed with regular granulated sugar.
Thanks again for the great comments!! I used the FMM brand of letter "tappits" (script) with fondant for the lettering.
