Death By Chocolate
Birthday cake for my daughter-in-law. Tried some new recipes thanks to my new Toba Garrett books, "Professional Cake Decorating" and "The Well-Decorated Cake". Triple chocolate chip cake with Toba's chocolate buttercream icing with ganache. Used a Kaluha sugar free syrup (coffee flavor) rather than the chocolate liqueur she calls for in her recipe. Wish I could fill my bathtub with this stuff...if you are a chocolate lover, you gotta try it! Thanks for looking
