Thank you all. For the color, I started with Wilton Burgundy and couldn't get it right, so I actually added 2 drops of Americolor Super Red, and a tiny smidge of Wilton Violet. ha, I'll never get that color again :(

It's Antonia74's icing. I don't use piping gel, just her recipe. It is freehand. Thank you for the nice remarks!
