My First Wedding Cake
This my first wedding cake, actually for my own wedding. It is a 6,8, and 10". This my second time actually stacking a cake too, the first time being in my course 3 class. I did not have much time to actually think about placement of flowers, but overall I was satisfied. It felt great to be able to tell people that I made my own wedding cake.
This is beautiful!....As the bride...were you satisfied with it...? The flowers are great in where they are placed...
Yes, I was fairly satisfied given the circustances, I had to remake and decorate the bottom tier the night before. I noticed a few things that needed improvement,as I'm sure most with a decorating eye do. But I got a lot of great tipsand ideas from this site that helped a lot! I was just happy to finally be able to sit back and enjoy after all the work.
