Ice Cream Cake (Before Taking Classes)
This cake is a torted 12x12 cake with a 1/2 gallon of ice cream in the center. Icing it was a nightmare as I was so afraid everything would melt, but it all worked OK, LOL. The volcano was a waffle cone and in the top I lit three sparklers. My son (turning 6) loved it!
