thanks so much for the comments. It is all butter cream. I did an online search for a picture of a pair of roller skates. i just enlarged the image to fit my cake size and then shaped away!
great job. i would be interested in doing a replica of this cake. did you cut out the skates yourself or is there some type of template for them. is it all bc icing?
