Monogram, Color Flow
This was my first attempt at a color flow monogram...boy was it a headache!! I am not sure where I went wrong, but it kept wanting to break. I had to do emergency surgery on it before I left to set the cake up! I also painted it in pearl to help it pop out a little. Also, the florist left me to do the topper and the flowers, and that was interesting!!
thanks! I know it is terrible, but I don't have measurements for the cake spackle....I just throw in some crumbs, add some buttercream, and then kind of "feel" that the consistency is right. However, I believe Toba Garrett has a recipe in her book. :)
