The bride and groom wanted cheesecake for their reception. This cake was adapted from a groom's cake in one of the Wilton cake books. "Cakes" are covered w/chocolate ganache, strawberries and chocolate swirls. Swirls were done free hand. The instructions make it sound so simple--not!! hand.
