Corps Stack Cake
This was a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream under marshmallow fondant. The groom, a recent grad of Texas A&M and a member of the Corps of Cadets, wanted a cake to represent his outfit. He had me make the three logos of his outif (Squadron 8) for the side and the corps stack for the top. Aggie Marroon is paired with gold, which is what the corps stack is typically made of.
The corps stack is the logo for the Fighting Texas Aggie Corps of Cadets.
...and the poor eight ball was not supposed to be able to stand on its own, but being made of chocolate in Texas heat, it wasn't quite up to the challenge!
