Rachel's Wedding
This is a 5 tier wedding cake decorated with my cream cheese icing and a different filling in each layer. Fresh flowers were used in between each cake separation. The reception hall is built up off the ground and has wooden floors that move everytime someone walks across them. I was a nervous wreck.

Beautiful cake, great job. I have a wedding cake to make and she wants cream cheese icing, any recipe you want to share?
I make my cream cheese icing so that it is a little stiffer than normal. I use 2 pkg cream cheese, 1 stick of butter, 12 oz of crisco, 2 tsp of clear vanilla and 4 lbs of powdered sugar. I can even make roses with it. Thanks for the great comments. I am going to post more pictures and maybe not sideways next time.
