Walleye
This is one of my popular cakes. It is a Walleye cake sculpted from a 11x17 pan. I fill the stomach cavity with tapioca pudding & gummi worms. Covered with BC frosting with fondant fins/gills, etc. I use white frosting and paint the fish with foodcoloring.
That is the coolest cake for a fisherman I have ever seen!! How do you make the stomach cavity? And do you have a template for scultping the fish? I would love anything you can tell me [email protected]
