I did this cake midway through Wilton Class II. I was excited about the violets and apple blossoms, so I did a cake using them. I used buttercream to ice the cake and for the yellow roses (I had them done already) and royal icing for the pink roses, violets and apple blossoms. I was pretty proud of it once I finished.
