this lady wanted a 3D excavator cake for her fiancee who works on one of these...i loved making this cake...the body is made with a 9x13 that i cut into peices, filled, buttercreamed and covered in fondant...then the arm and excavator are made from rice krsipie that i also covered in fondant....and the "dirt" is oreo cookie crumbs...
