This was for the graduation party for my twin sisters who are going to PLU this fall (Go Lutes!). I got my inspiration for this cake from cakeconfections on this website. Grad cap was made with a mold and candy melts. Tried using the frozen buttercream technique, but didn't work well with all the fine detail. Next time I'll try filling in the spaces with the base color of the cake to make a solid piece.
