Fisherman

Made this for my husband's birthday. Two-layer 9x13 chocolate and yellow cake torted with caramel filling and filled with chocolate buttercream. Iced in buttercream with fondant rocks and plastic topper. I took a balled-up paper towel and tried to make the sides look more "natural" and rocky, but it just looks like poorly smoothed icing to me. LOL! Oh well, I'm pretty happy with it overall. This cake is just so darn adorable! I know alot of men in my life that would like this as they love fishing!!! I love the little pebble border and I love the water!
