Hello Kitty Cookies
Made these cookies for my sister. I got the cookie cutter from ebay from a seller in Hong Kong. The green cookies are green tea shortbread while the others were from the Roll and Cut cookie recipe on the foodnetwork. My sister loved them!

Cute! I ordered the same cookie cutter from Hong Kong also. Cute idea to use a larger scalloped edged cutter ! Did you frost them or leave them just like this?
montanacactus1: I did not frost them. I left them as is. The green tea shortbread had a a dusting of sugar, but that's it. thanks!
