Alternating layers of choc & white, cream cheese filling mixed w/Pastry Pride icing, iced in Pastry Pride, fresh flowers. 14", 12", 10", 8" and 6"; enough for 200. Plenty of mishaps with this one...some were hidden, some were not! Bride was very happy, that's what matters!

pastry pride icing

Hi, I'm doing my first pastry pride wedding cake. Just curious if you have ever frozen a pastry pride cake then set it up and allowed it to thaw at the venue? Did you just decorate the cake, put it in the fridge, and then set out? Thanks for your help.
