Thank you for the kind words! mrsa143 - I used the round end of one of my icing tips. For the middle of the button, I used a small plastic wire connector (according to my husband). I basically looked around my house and tried a few different things until I found what would make the size of indentation I wanted. Then I used one of my icing tips to make the holes of the button.
