For my neighbor's son who turned 5 and desparately wanted a Star Wars cake. This is what I came up with and for my first FBCT I think it turned out pretty well. Too thick probably but I'll take it. Yellow cake with choc ganache filling. The best part, I got a hug from the 5-year old when he saw it. Thanks for looking.
