What a cute group of cookies! I usually make some type of crafty "crown" for my daughter's high school pageant - this year, I think they will get cookies!

The cutter came with a foam stamp (made for cookies) but I'm not sure of the name. I got it at AC Moore

Do you mean on the sll pink tiara? The bottom has clear sugar flakes (crystals).
