Inspired by albumangels tiki-hibiscus cake (which is just beautiful, by the way!) for a survivor-themed graduation party. Choc. cake with mocha buttercream, topped with whipped chocolate ganache. Cakes are lined with Pepperidge farm pirouette cookies. all accents are 50/50 gumpaste/fondant. Albumangel -- I only wish my hibiscus flowers looked a fraction as good as yours!!! Thanks for the inspiration.
