Daisies, Daisies, And More Daisies

Made for mom's birthday. Inspired by Wilton daisy cake in Course II book. Cake is cinnamon swirl with maple filling. Used color flow mix instead of meringue powder for RI flowers. (didn't like the results)

Your daisies look great...I have a wedding cake in 3 weeks that is covered in daisies and I have tried RI and MMF. Still trying to decide which way to go...did you use the wilton daisy template?

Thanks a "bunch" !!! I used it on a few but got in a hurry and made them in front of the TV without template. The ones with the template looked much better. Just be sure to use meringue powder and not CF mix.
