Vegan Wedding
My first time making a vegan cake, this was actually delicious, my icing gave me fits, I used 1/2 shortening, 1/2 soy margarine. Very soft. Had a few issues during delivery, all in all just glad it over. Bamboo cage with flowers was made by a friend of the Bride and Groom.
OMG. This is a beautiful cake. You have been real busy. I almost think I like this one the best.

My sister is Vegan and her baby shower cake was the same. The cake was delish, icing was a PIA. Way too soft. you did awesome anyway.
