This was my first attempt at making a checkerboard cake. I think my batter was too thin so I did not get perfect squares. The dark squares are chocolate of course, and the yellowish squares are peanut butter. I filled the cake with a peanut butter cream filling and the icing is chocolate syrup icing. This cake was a huge hit. 10 out of 10 people loved the flavor combinations.
