Strawberry Shortcake Castle
I decorated this cake but I didn't bake it or shape it. I did my externship at a bakery for 3 months and this was their thank you gift to me. They said they were going to give me a cake for my daughters b-day but I had to help decorate it, I was fine with that, after all that is the fun part. I am sorry I can't give intructions on it, I was not there when they shaped it so I have no idea how it was carved. It was a huge hit at the party everyone LOVED IT!!!!
