These are my first cookies. I got inspiration to make some from looking at all the great ones on this site. These weren't for an event, I was just playing around. They are no fails with almond extract and MMF.
Thanks everyone! Sundine2, I just took a ball of mmf and dipped a toothpick into each color I wanted to use and made little marks randomly over the fondant. Then I just began to knead it a little and you just stop kneading when the color just begin to blend. I rolled it out like normal and I found a couple of times that the underside of the fondant looked better than the top. HTH
Really cool cookies. I am going to be trying the NFSC and the mmf for the first time as gifts for my DH staff at work and your idea is really cute. I might try that tye dye technique if its OK.
