Cake is covered in fondant. Butter Pecan with vanilla/almond filling. The mouse and cradle are fondant. Flowers and plaque are gumpaste. The design is from Cake Decorating by Jane Price.

Yes, I painted them with gel colors. I loaded one side of the brush with color and the other side with white.
