This is a high school graduation cake, and my first attempt at an FBCT. The oval is a plaque of white chocolate using the smallest oval cake pan as a form. (Saying was a request, and I didn't want to risk messing it up on the cake!) Star is fondant. Sides are sponge painted with thinned burgundy BC, then sponged again sparingly with slightly thinned white BC.
