Yep, it's a frog in a hula skirt. It was a fun cake to do. It was for my best friend's daughter who was turning seven.

The colors are great..what are the flowers made of?
I actually used silk flowers and just put them on with BC, then put the red BC centers on them. I love using silk flowers, they are so easy and fun to use.
