Course 3 Class
Here is my wedding cake from course 3. This is my first time working with fondant. I really didn't care for it. It kept cracking on me and I couldn't get the sides nice and smooth.... I guess it just takes a lot of practice....

It looks great! I start Course 3 on Monday-hope my first one looks this good. :)
I'm totally impressed. Lace is fabulous, ruffles look great and roses are terrific. Be proud! You did a wonderful job.
