Decorated in buttercream. The wine glass has a coating of piping jel over the buttercream. The grapes are first piped on with piping jel.....then filled with buttercream by inserting a #2 tip inside each ball of jel. This gives the jel some support. The piping jel needs to be smoothed more with a hot spatula. I work in a bakery and try not to take more than 10 minutes for each cake I decorate.
