My 9 y/o daughter wanted to make RI rosebuds like I was making for my Course II class. Well, she did such a good job that I had to label hers so I wouldn't mix mine with hers!!! Then she took the flowers that didn't make it for class and made her own Course II cake. It is "funfetti" with lemon filling....WAY TO GO.
