This is beautiful!! For the fondant accents do you have to put anything in the molds before your press the fondant in to prevent sticking?? You did a great job!!
THe texture on top is made with the webby kind of shelf liner that I also use for non-skid. I lightly dust the mold with powdered sugar, turn over and tap excess out. Then after fondant pieces are un-molded, I remove any extra powdered sugar with a soft brush.
