A laat minute call for a cake this past weekend. A French vanilla cake with white chocolate BC icing. Luckily I had some roses put aside for a future order so I was able to bake, decorate and deliver to customer in one day. She called at 8am and needed the cake for 6 that night. She has given me a lot of business recently so I couldn't say no.
