you could use fake cake instead of real cake, I would love to do that, did you just ask?, what did you use instead as your fake cake??
Gailvina, I asked my instructor and she said "yes" to me using fake cakes. Time didn't allow me to bake a cake every week for class. :( I went to a local bakery that sells various supplies and purchased the styrofoam "cake" rounds. They come in different sizes and shapes I believe. HTH
