I made this cake this weekend also, with a few variations...I didn't even attempt the red fondant strawberries....didn't have time to fight with red!!

LOOKS AMAZING...I learned a tip on here once for red icing- add red food coloring dye in as a substitute for any water used in the frosting ..still use whatever you were going to use for dye too
