This was for a kindergarten graduation. Grad hat is made from fondant. I found a small snack tray shaped like a graduation cap at the party store and used it to mold the fondant. Writing was done using Wilton's new shimmer gels. They came in a tube at my cake decorating store and I just wanted to try them out.
