This a cake I had made for my friends daughter. It is an 8" and 4" double layer square. Iced neon green buttercream with hot pink fondant dots. I made a bow to match and my 8 yr old suggested the tag made of fondant for the Happy Birthday. I have made this cake several times since and in different colors.
