Sarah's Wedding Cake
This was for my little sisters wedding yesterday. The cake is not lopsided it is on a crocked spinny thing. The desighn isn't the best because it was 3 am and I was sick when I was finishing it up. It was lemon cake with lemon curd in one layer and fresh strawberries in the others, and they lasted the 2 days they had to wait to be eaten. The other flavor was choclate with almond buttercream. I was nervous but everyone loved it so I am happy and now I am really tired and am going to sleep.
