Professinal decorators, you earn every cent you ask for when doing wedding cakes! I don't do wedding cake, I am not a decorator, long way to go and need practice with piping ect. The stress was extreme with this cake, not happy one bit with the decorating, intended something else and even though dam was piped, strawberry filling bulged making it look awful, center dowel made bulge bigger. Stress with driving with this thing, haha...never again!
