This was my final course cake for Wilton III. The lilies are all royal icing and the baby's breath was 'fresh' from my rose garden! Top layer was an amaretto cake (filled with amaretto buttercream) and the lower was a strawberry margarita cake (filled with 100% spreadable fruit mixed in the buttercream). I was very happy with the way it turned out.
