This is my first non-fondant cake. I am still struggling with getting the icing smooth!!! This design credit goes to amandasweetcakes! Thank you for your inspiration. Thank you also to tripletmom for all of the advise and guidance on the run in sugar process! The cake was white cake with white chocolate pudding added and cream cheese buttercream.

It's great!! Just hang in there....you'll get more used to smoothing that bc! With the look of it, not much more practice is needed!!
