Chocolate Fudge Cake W/ Chocolate Buttercrean
My nieces birthday cake. She is a fiend for chocolate so I found a really moist chocolaty cake and made chocolate buttercream for the icing. Absolutely to die for. The cake took 1 whole lb of butter and 12 oz. of chocolate chips. She loved it. First time trying the chocolate buttercream. Great recipe, I'll post later if anyone is interested.
