Little Tortes Made For Our Girls Trip To Europe Dinner!
My girlfriends and I are taking a trip to Europe! We got together to plan our trip and have dinner. I brought these little tortes for dessert with little choc. Eifle towers on top. They were a hit! Some were done with White cake/passion fruit and some were choc. cake with manderine orange fillings/and choc. whipped ganache.

what a great idea for individual cakes!!!! i thought they were in glasses - like a triffle cup but this is way better. would you care to share??
Those tortes look delicious. Did you use acetate strips to make the chocolate "cups" on the outside?
