Starburst Rose
Cake decorators are never bored! This was made from a Starburst on a road trip. We were riding along when I remembered we had some with us. I put a couple on the dash to get them heated up and then made this. I cannot make buttercream roses worth anything, so I was rather pleased with the outcome of this, especially being the first time I had worked with a medium like this! :-)
Don't you love making these? I love eating them too!! Now try making them out of Tootsie Rolls!

No, this was one Starburst cut into small pieces. Since it was hot, I just mashed it with my finger and thumb to make a petal. Thanks everyone!

Yes, only one. The photo may be a little deceiving about its size. It was about 1-1/2 to 2 inches across. Still a good size
